Thanks for your advice. It gave me the kick in the butt I needed to take control of my life. I was overweight, in a dead end job, and generally miserable. So far in 2012, I’ve taken a couple of college classes to brush up my skills. That led to a promotion at my job. I lost 20 pounds by taking a more active role in my health, eliminating soft drinks and fast food, and hitting the gym. I’m so much happier. For the first time in more than a decade, I feel in control of my life.
